Lost password

I had set my host computer to remember password a couple of years ago and now I have set up a network. I am trying to share files, printer, etc...etc..., but in order to do so I have to know the password for the host computer. Is there any way to bypass this or to reset my password? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Boot into Safe Mode and try logging using the Administrator account. If that has a password: http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/
