Hi,

I painted my office a couple of weeks ago and when I did I unpluged the computer and didn't use it for a couple of days. When I rebooted I had lost all printer drivers. The print wizzard will not open to reinstall a printer. When I try it says operation can not be completed.

At or about the saame time, the window that comes up with ctrl-alt-del is pushed has changed.

Any suggestions on how to "write" the ship?

Your print spooler is not running. From the command prompt, type

net start spooler
(and hit enter)

The printer should now magically reappear - provided it is connected to the
same USB port as it was before.
