If you're connected to the router by a cable, go into Command prompt by hitting the Windows key and R together then typing cmd in the open box. At the Command Prompt type ipconfig /all and hit Enter. the Address of the router which you need to input in Internet Explorer's URL bar is the one described as Default Gateway.

Another thing you cantry is just press and hold the reset button on the router. Usually you can get to it by using a pin or needle. Hold it for about 10 seconds and it should then work like you just took it out of the box.
