Additional Comments: Onboard graphics should be fine. I just need to replace a 10 year old computer.
 
Looks ok, except I might have issues with the MB (not alot of reviews) and hard drive (a lot of comments about the drive failing or doa). Also I see its a 775 socket which might be dead but as you can see the last pc lasted a long time. I honestly expected a config built around am3 though (i.e., athlon x2 250).
And I forgot to mention in the OP I already have a dvd burner that I can reuse so -21$ from the above build.

Anyone else have anything to add?
 
I edit the parts to latest cpu, with this cpu, it will last you for another 10 years. For the hard drive, just pick whatever you like that fits your budget, it won't make a difference.
