So I just reinstalled Windows 10 on my PC.

Been getting a few bugs so I decided to do a clean install since it's been several years.

The problem is, I get low FPS in all my games now.

Drivers are up to date. I tried the latest Nvidia driver as well as the previous version. Same thing, Games that should run perfectly are now laggy. Any idea?

I just ran MSI Afterburner to see if the CPU/GPU would max out while playing a game but no. CPU usage hovers around 30% and GPU in the 40% range in the game I tried. Same with memory.

It's underperforming for some reason.

The problem isn't the hard drive either. I played the game on my HDD drive and also installed it on my SSD. Same results.

You can increase ram performance by enabling xmp.
Your 2400mhz capable ram currently it's running at 2133mhz.

Also check, if your ram is running in dual channel mode. Use CPU-Z (memory section).
No offense, but that has nothing to do with it at all. I've tried games that run on 8 gigs of rams. I would max out these games and got over 60 Fps prior to doing a clean Windows install.

But to answer your question, yes I am running dual channel.
