Question Low FPS in almost all games on MSI GL63-8SC laptop ?

I tried playing valorant but I got average 70 fps with a lot of stutters, sometimes dropped to 20 in teamfights, csgo was around 160-200 fps, but oneday I opened csgo and somehow it was capped at 120 fps, I didn't change anything, and I tried to make it uncapped, but nothing works.

I checked HWmonitor and it says that my GTX 1650 utilization is 0% during games

When you go in to device manager what does it show under display adapter?

I think you are using your cpu graphics and not your gpu.

When I go into device manager it shows under the display adapter, Intel UHD 630 and GTX 1650, I've updated it to the latest version

How do I change that or know that, because it shows under the Nvidia graphics that e.g: "Valorant" is using gtx 1650 or "CSGO" is using gtx 1650, but when I checked HWMonitor, it shows the GTX 1650 utilization is 0%
