Question Low FPS intel i7-7700-RX580 how can i fix?

I get low FPS in games like RB6S and rust. I have 24GB of ram. I also get frame drops every minute or two

Kindly list FULL PC specs....Your original post lacks much detail, which isn't sufficient for troubleshooting your issue....On what screen resolution are you Gaming ?
