I recently changed my setup.
When I'm playing League of Legends my CPU usage is around 25-50%(it used to stay about 15-25 before bios and Win11 update but the issue is before the update which mean 15-25% still have low fps) and the fps is around 80 and it drops to even lower (60-65) when teamfight and also TFT no matter if the setting is all high or low.
and other games like Apex settings are all low but still can't maintain fps on 144fps
My setup is
Ryzen 5 3600 (1 and a half years old)
Zotac RTX 3060Ti (half-year-old)
HyperX Beast 16GB Ram 3000Mhz (Boosted to 3200) (around 3 years) (Running on Channel 1 & 2 , somehow when plugged into 1 & 3 and 2 & 4 Channel will restart over and over)
750Watt PSU (2 months old)
ASROCK B450 SteelLegend (1 and a half years old)
All games run on 1920x1080 144fps capped
Here is my Userbenchmark

BIOS and Graphics Driver are all up to date.
