Question LOW FPS ON RX 570 8GB (csgo) on LOW settings

PC Specs:
Intel Core i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz
16gb DDR3 RAM
RX 570 8GB Sapphire Pulse
500w PSU
500gb HDD
no SSD
I'm getting 90 to 100 fps on csgo, and this happened after 2 days. For 2 days I had 200 to 250 fps since I've bought the GPU.
Any fix for this?

That's the advertised wattage of the unit. We're going to need to know the make and model of the PSU. Please include the age of the unit. Make and model of your motherboard? What OS are you working with?

I'm using a DELL XPS 8500, can't find the motherboard name.
The PSU is also a used psu but in good condition.

Try DDU to rid your platform of your GPU drivers, then manually reinstall the latest driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

That PSU being used might also be what's crippling your platform. An unknown PSU isn't helping your cause either, if it's the PSU that came with the prebuilt all those years ago, you're in for trouble sooner than later.
