The other day I started to get absurdly low fps in every game (1-15 fps). I have no clue what caused this or how to fix it. (This even happens in games as easy to run as Valorant and CSGO).
Along with the fps problems, my entire pc slows down when any game is running. As soon as I close the game, my pc goes back to working fine.
My temps are fine and drivers are updated.
I have a pretty decent build and do know this should not be a problem.
I built this pc in march of 2020 and have had no problems at all until now.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

• CPU: i7-9700K @ 3.6 GHZ
• GPU: MSI RTX 2070 SUPER
• MOBO: Asus PRIME Z390-A ATX
• RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB
• CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i RGB PLATINUM
