I just clean install my low-end computer from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 yesterday, but there's some issues on my PC, when i play any games (low-end games) such as Burnout Paradise, COD 4 : MW, Team Fortress 2. I've noticed that my FPS drops to 3-5 FPS, It runs smoothly (30-60 FPS) in Windows 7 with no issues before clean install,
My Specs are :
AMD A6-7400K Radeon R5
4,00 GB Ram
DirectX 11
Windows 8.1 64-Bit
I've done these steps below but the problem still persist.
Is there any solution to fix this problem? any solution from ya'll would be appreciated, Thanks!

I've done these steps below but the problem still persist.
- Restarted my computer
- Clean my %temp% folder.
- Run the games in Safemode.
- Scan my computer for any malware.
- Update all my device drivers to latest version.
- Run the System Maintenance Troubleshooter.
- Perform a clean boot.
- Uninstall & Reinstall my graphic card driver.
Is there any solution to fix this problem? any solution from ya'll would be appreciated, Thanks!
