Question Low Frames EVGA 2060 SC ULTRA

Just got the EVGA 2060 SC ULTRA a couple days ago and I have been all over online trying to fix the frames I am getting in games.

Rocket League with my 950 I get a steady 144 frames very rarely dropping to 142 and with my new 2060 I rarely can even get 144 with drops down to 30s, and 70s it usually stays below 144 and jumps around the entire time during offline play.

I have physx set on the card.
I have vsync off in the games and in nvidia control panel.
I have tried reseating the card.
I have reseatted everything in my PC.
I have the latest drivers.
I have tried putting the card on performance in nvidia control panel.
Windows 10 home is up to date.
Just reinstalled my operating system and frames in all games are still lower than if I had my 5770 gpu or my 950.

GTA V I am getting frames under 70 on very low and same with all my games pretty much.

All games are getting 30 to 70 frames on very low or ultra.

Thanks for the reply. I am getting about the same frames with very low-1600x1200 that I get with ultra-1600x1200. I think the PSU is a Gigabyte 750w. EVGA says the PSU is fine, for my setup they recommend a 450w and up.

if ultra and low detail level have the same fps. it probably your cpu.
time to go ryzen or newer intel cpu

na. my cpu is bottlenecking it for sure but 30 frames on very low shouldnt be happening. I think it's only happening when I install the drivers from nvidia.
