[SOLVED] Low GPU and CPU usage/ low fps

When I play all my games I get really bad fps and gpu and cpu usage. I have tried vanilla Minecraft, fortnite, and MSFS 2020. I have a 1440p 144hz that is set to 144hz. I also have vsync turned on. On all my games my gpu and cpu sit at around 30-50% usage with 40-70 fps. I would really appreciate if anyone could help me this is my first build this power full.

My specs:
CPU: Ryzen 9 3900x
Ram: Corsair vengeance pro 32GB 3200
Motherboard: ASUS rog strix b-550 f gaming
GPU: RTX 3080 Founders edition
PSU: Corsair 750w 80+ gold
Windows 10 home(64bit)

If your PC is running OK, it could be the game itself.
I don't think nVidia has finished optimising drivers for the 3080 yet - just the crashing fix so far.
Not everything will run your CPU and/or GPU at 100%.
Other than FS2020 the other games you can run on a phone.
I run FS2020 on UWQHD at high settings and get about 40-50 fps. It's a tough mother.
On Ultra, you should get about 60fps.

Hmm okay, thank you for the reply. What usage does your GPU and CPU ran at when playing MSFS? Also could it be anything else besides the Nvidia drivers.

I think my CPU is at about 50% and my GPU at about 97%
Sometimes game settings can make a difference.
