Question low gpu and cpu utilization while playing warzone

Hello, i recently upgraded to an rtx 3070 and now when im playing warzone my gpu and cpu wont use more utilization even when im getting frames like 80fps on low settings
Specs:
Cpu: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Gpu: Rtx 3070
Mobo: steel legend asrock b450m
ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000 C15 2x8GB
PSU: Seasonic S12III 500 SSR-500GB3 500W

My old gpu would usually be at 100 utilization and it was the rx 5600xt

Did you run DDU before you removed the RX5600XT prior to dropping in the RTX3070, then manually installing the latest driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator?

no i didnt run ddu the psu is less than a year old.

Any solutions, same issues? Upgraded CPU/MOBO and CPU usage goes to 1-3% in games, 1 clock being used.

i guess i had some faulty settings i just reset my computer and everything was fine.
