Question low gpu usage in valorant gtx 980ti

b460m provvdh wifi
so i get extreemly low gpu usage on valorant at low settings im talking like less than 20 percent while cpu is at 60+ percent and fps is 200..im seeing benchmarks on yt with the 980 non ti same cpu and ram getting 30+ cpu usage and 300 plus fps can sum1 help?

Maybe your monitor refresh rate is 200Hz ?

I kind of doubt there is much benefit to 300fps compared to 200fps unless you also have ultra low latency internet and a high frame rate monitor.
The maths says about ~1ms reaction time advantage. (but monitor pixel transitions times are often around 5ms)
 
Are those videos from the same content update/version?
Are they using exactly the same settings?
Have they done any additional tweaks, on the game or the system?
yeah same update on valorant all low settings and not really any additional tweaks such as overclocks

nope its locked at 144 i just want to fix it lol bc less than 15 percent usage is rlly bad it causes frame drops n such
