Hi,
we have an network drive which is connected through LAN to our PC's.
It has a memory of 4GB, it shows its 3.98GB full and only 1.10MB free space.
Actually the directories in the network drive is of only 348KB.
Can some one help me with this issue?

You need to get a larger hard drive for your network drive or clean out some space to make it have some more free space. You don't want to use up every last bit of free space since the computer will need space to write to the disk which is usualklly a larger space when first writing to it and then is compresses to the actual size. So right now you are pretty much at the limit of getting things onto that drive.
