Low profile cooler for a q6600

hi i am nearly at the end of my itx htpc build the only problem is the cpu cooler,

the problem is i cant have a cpu cooler that exceeds 45mm so i am stuck for ideas
i did see this but was wondering will it be a waste of time/money!!!!

This would be fine for under 10, though I think the E8XXX stock coolers work also.
