Question Low Profile Cooler in ATX Case?

I have a Ryzen 5 3600 using the stock cooler and my current idle temps, running two or three programs, is about 39 degrees Celsius. In game, they are about 42 - 54 degrees Celsius. I was wondering if a low profile CPU Cooler like the Noctua NH-L9i Chromax would lower these temps even if my case is full atx. I would love to have a idle temp of around 34 degrees Celsius. Any comments or suggestions would be much appreciated.

54C is nothing to worry about. Anything under 75C is fine.
