Looking for a low profile graphics card capable of running MMORPG's like WoW on High to Ultra graphics without issues that are in the $50-$100 price range or if something like that exists at all.

Yeah, we need the most important part, your power supply.

The best card for $100, assuming you have the proper power supply to support anything, is a 6670. You could probably run WoW on High with it, but definitely not Ultra.
