[SOLVED] Low Userbenchmark scores (2070super and 3800x)

I have a new PC, it seems to be scoring quite low on Userbenchmark per the specs of the build.

Maybe the results are adequate, but I feel like they are definitely under performing.

Hey Guys,

I have a new PC, it seems to be scoring quite low on Userbenchmark per the specs of the build.

I see pretty much everything solidly in the green.

userbenchmark is a poor tool to use, because you don't really know what you're comparing against.
Your CPU is compared against others, but some of those are overclocked.
Your software is completely different. Both what is installed and what is actually running at that moment.
There is no level playing field.

Lastly, its the whole reporting.
If all systems or devices score between 90 and 95% of an ideal 100%, that's good right?
If your system is at 91% of that perfect 100, that's still good, right?
But no..."Bottom 20th percentile!" and you assume there is a 'problem' to be 'fixed'.

USAFRet has covered everything of importance. I just want to state my opinion that 3DMark time spy may have been the better benchmark. It's not a perfect benchmark but there are lots of review benchmarks to compare with. You can see if both the CPU score and GPU score are within normal ranges much easier.

I expect that you will likely get a normal score for both cpu and gpu. Given that you have no issues in Userbenchmark.
