I am trying to decide between two different SSDs as an OS drive for my laptop.

https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-MX300-275GB-Internal-Solid/dp/B01IAGSDJ0/ref=pd_sim_147_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=GP9ZV21QSRFARWX3JY9H

The only comparison I can find is here but it's for the 2D WD Blue and not the 3D. I cannot find a comparison between the WD 3D and Crucial but which of these should I buy? I want whatever improves speed of the OS and specifically large programming applications such as Visual Studio. I am having trouble interpreting the results, but wouldn't the 3D WD have better performance if not better than the Crucial overall?

Ignore the extra space or included software when comparing please.

Those are both SATA drives. Same basic performance as a regular 2.5" SATA drive.
You would not see any performance difference between the two.
