Do you have a drive connected to SATA 1 header?
Its set on AUTO at first (missing), then i set it to PCIe (still missing). Also when I install the NVMe I get stuck at ASUS boot and had to go to BIOS to boot windows. Are you sure the M2 mode configuration is set correctly to auto or PCIE in the Bios ? ( not to SATA).
As per page 2_35 of your manual
F2 went into BIOS mode, then Save and Exit, only then the windows will boot else I stuck at ASUS logo. (NVMe still missing btw)What did you have to do in Bios in order to boot ?
Updated chipset using (intel R management engine components) is this correct?Chipset drivers version and Bios version ?
Probably time to update ?
Always go directly to the manufacturer support page and download and install yourselfUpdated chipset using (intel R management engine components) is this correct?

Just done putting it on the M.2_2. Unfortunately its still the sameYou mobo has 2 M2 connectors. Tried both?
No, I dont have another M.2 SSD. (btw I only have Microsoft Storage Spaces Controller on storage controllers device manager, Is this normal?)Ever tried the M2 connectors with another SSD ?
Nothing seems to work for me and I think that I have tried everything, the SSD just doesn't seem to work (can't see it on windows and BIOS). I returned the SSD and got a refund.I'd RMA the drive or return it and get something else. Adata, while inexpensive, has a track record of selling cheap crap that is very hit or miss.
