Hi, i've just upgraded to a Ryzen 7 2700x.
My motherboard which i bought just now ( Gigabyte Aorus b450 pro, factory refurbished) and my ssd is not detected.
I somehow made the HDD to get detected, but the m.2 ssd not.
The board has 2 m.2 slots.
I plugged it into the 2nd one (the one next to the chipset)
The ssd IS NOT nvme, just sata 3 m.2
If i try to install wndows it doesn t recognize it either, i removed the battery, put it back in, resetted the to default setting, but it's the same! Help please!

check the m.2 slot. only 1 support sata type ssd
Man, i'm a retard. A friend of mine with an asrock ab350 pro 4 had 2 m2 slota as well.
1 was for nvme and would not detect sata m.2, and the other one was sata 3 m2
I thought it's the same story here, i just put the ssd int tge 1st m2 slot and it works, i'm a retard that didn t think of this in the 1st place
Thank you for trying to help me
