m/b issue

Hi,
My motherboard was fried along with half of my pc.
Im so broke that instead of ebay i turned to.. my closet for new parts.after a lot off diggng i found all i need
exept motherboard(my previous abit k7 was toasted also).
A friend give me his old motherboard.It is an old shuttle
spacewalker with kt133 and thats about all i know about it.
This board really sucks.There are no bus/multiplier/voltage
settings in the bios,absolutely no jumpers for these things
anywhere.The agp is set at 4x but sandra shows 2x,fast writes are not an option(and off cource disabled),the
chipset only allows one setting(133) for ram timing but
it wont boot with the latency set at 2.
are there any generic utilities like softfsb for kt133
motherboards i can use to set things right?
