M5A99X EVO R2.0 - Issues with fan control

Hey guys, I recently upgraded to windows 10 and I ended up clearing my CMOS to fix a separate issue which deleted my q-fan control settings.

Ever since, my CPU fan attached to my radiator has been turning up to 100% and being pretty noisy.
I have my pump plugged into CPU Fan socket and the fan attached to my radiator (the problem one) is plugged into the one next to it (CPU OPT).
My CPU temp never goes above 60 yet the fan constantly boosts up to 100% with these settings:

Can anyone point me in the right direction since I'm pretty confused rn...

could you set back the fan control in auto if not try to reinstall it from asus .

The default/auto settings are terrible and just put my fans on 100% at all times.

You can see my CPU temp on the left (in red) which stays fairly low but on the right you can see Temperature #1 (in blue). My noisy CPU fan turns on when this temp goes over 75??? I don't even know what this temperature is but I can assure you it is not CPU.
Is my computer reading this random chassis temp as the CPU temp for some strange reason or what? Any further advice would be greatly appreciated... :/

could you post a bigger picture of all these reading and what software did you use i usualy use hwinfo .
