I purchased a Mach Speed Motherboard model # MS945G-GLV on June 05, 2007. I mailed the registration in on June 11, 2007 for the life time warrenty. I loved the performance up until the last of August 2009. I turned it off to go out of town and when I got back and tried to turn it on, Nothing Happened!!! I contacted Mach Speed Tech. Support and was told to do several test . After the test were run, the Tech. told me I had a bad CPU. I looked in the owners manual and it said the motherboard would support a CPU duo core 2 up to a 3.8 GHZ. I ordered a e7500 2.93GHZ CPU. I installed it and still Nothing happened. I contacted Mach Speed Tech again and brought them up to date. I was told this time that the motherboard would not support that CPU. ($139.00 wasted) It would only support up to an E6800 CPU. I ordered a E6700 CPU. Again when installed, Nothing Happened. ($ 119.00 ) wasted. I contacted Mach Speed Tech agin and brought them up to date an that it appeared the motherboard was bad. They ask for my name, address, phone, model number, & searl number of the motherboard which I gave gladly. I was placed on hold for about 5 minutes and when the Tech. came back, I was told they could not find my registration and that there was nothing they could do. SORRY!!. Since then I have contacted the BBB of ADA Oklahoma and lodged a complaint. The company replied to them and asked for the information again, which I was glad to give. I never heard back from them. Now I have turned in a complant to the Oklahoma Attourny Generals Office on the 19th. of Nov. 2009. I will have to wait for 30 days to hear from them , but they say there is nothing they can do to help me receive any settlement. I will need to hire an Attourny of my own. I strongly recomind that everyone stay away from Mach Speed Technologies Equiptment. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHING THEIR EQUIPTMENT!!!!
