It turns out that David Free appears to be on the Tom's Hardware forum as username meek48.

David, you said I asked for a free unit, but we didn't talk until the 30th, as proven. And I PAID on the 23rd, when I ordered. So why would i ask for free units AFTER paying for not one, but TWO?

Get your arguments straight Mr. Free. You're clearly on a slippery slope and tripping all over your arguments.

Let me demonstrate. You claim I was too cheap to pay for a tracking--which is why you sent me one that just so happened to be unrelated to the order? Right.

You are proving my points increasingly true every time you try to twist the information around.

I have a dream that paying for shipment doesn't include tracking number, and for the same reason it doesn't include any stamps and envelope, so I don't need to ship my product until he send me the tracking number, stamps and envelope

I have a dream that Tuan will buy my H1N1 resistant, green, manufacturing promoting, jobless saving, trademark infringed Macpadd 3 weeks later, so I prepay the shipment 4 weeks before he buy.

I have a dream that I am a CPA, MBA, engineer and the best hacker in the world, so even I am not Mr. Free, I can hack into Free's email account and read his email.

I have a dream that even I got fired/failed job interview from Microsoft and so invented my H1N1 resistant, green, manufacturing promoting, jobless saving, trademark infringed in Macpadd in favor of Mac to the Micromouse system, I am still working for the Microsoft Information team,
and so my (Micromouse's) proper distributors will sell a Mac only product to Micromouse's user.

I have a dream that MBA knows that "Professional and ethical treating others the way we would want to be treated" means "Professional and ethical lying and scamming customers from the hell" and "it is funny to hear those fool from hell to complain my professional and ethical treatment", so I will keep their product from shipment for 37 days.

I have a dream that I am living in my dream, so "Get out of my f***ing life!"

yeah in the first thread we caught it.

but then people decided "it should be 3-7 days." but if it was i think it would have been corrected by now.
 
There might be a problem with the "Talkback" scripts that display these posts. After deleting all of meek84's post the total number of posts went down, but it still allowed me to browse to page six where there were no posts to view.

why delete them?

i would have left them to let other people know how he deals with people and customers....

His comments were removed accidentally during an attempt to look up his information and impose a ban.

However, if everyone likes, I can publish a follow-up to this story and how it's panning out.

I think we'll all like that. I'm just laughing at how he cant keep is own story straight.
 
I fully understand Tuan's position. If I order a product and am told that I will receive a tracking number for said order, I expect a tracking number. If I don't receive a tracking number or said product within the specified time-frame, I contact law enforcement. I take no shit from any company for any reason, including the company I work for.

That would be very much appreciated. I would love to see how all this pans out. If they did in fact contact law enforcement in regards to your article and insistance for a tracking number, keep all records on hand as they'll be very easy to use against MacPadd.com as the authorities look into the matter and will more than likely file against MacPadd.com and Mr. Free for filing a fraudulent police report.

You better do a little research all bare metal surfaces kill bacteria and viruses also includes copper and brass as long as there is no coating on it.

I definetly didn't agree with Tuan regarding his Mac articles, but I think I can say that I too misinterpreted how business is done! I didn't know that a business is run by not responding to the customer, not providing the service or product ordered, but still accepting payment for said product. I just had no idea!

He claims the "MacPadd" is anodized, so, if bare metal does in fact kill bacteria unless coated....his statement is still false because the bare metal is coated when it's anodized. Is bare metal supposed to correct psychological or emotional conditions as well? He claims that his "MacPadd" can easy frustration....which is an emotional condition.

Anodized aluminum (amorphous aluminium oxide) also kills bacteria and viruses but no it would not have any psychological or emotional conditions lol.
 
If you look at Apples TM site they actually do not have a trademark for MACPAD, by using the TM above the mark they are just indicating that it is a trademark with common law rights and is unregistered.

They formerly did have a MACPAD mark (Reg. No 1590606) 1988 - 2001, It was canceled because a 10 year renewal was not filed by Apple for the mark. The reason for which is likely do to no longer using the mark which means they could not submit a specimen of use and thereby renew the mark...

Having read all I can about this incident, I hardly think Tuan is the sociopath, but there certainly is one.
Besides, no points of yours seem to be valid unless offender and victim names are switched.
Too bad someone as biased and morally disturbed as you try to tarnish toms hardware's reputation with your rant! They don't deserve that at all.
