Someone may have mentioned this before, but I LOVE the non-slip base; looks very similar to the pads my wife bought at Target to put in our cupboards.....lol

This is why I pay for things with American Express: just dispute the charges with them. No mediation, no BS.
I've read about people getting ripped off at MacPadd as well. As far as "customer from hell" I can believe Tuan could be a prick😉 but all the same, Mr. Free doesn't really provide evidence of that.

I'm sorry I am looking for the Better Business Beraus (BBB) in Canada and it doesn't exist, I do however find the Better Business Bureau for Hamilton region. There is also on the web page you have linked in your article a Ratings Explanation link that doesn't work because it's a link on the same page...

If he had any possible brains and realized what tomshardware is he should have right away send a refund or even double the refund and then send even a few of his stupid product The best most perfect ones for free and apologise stating that he is going through too much stress and he did not handle it well... If the product would have had a good review... It would have done him at least some good.

Are you serious? Did you really just link to the fake tracking number that Tuan was givin? Look at the date, it says the 3rd, which was before he placed the order. I highly doubt MacPadd.com has the ability to ship items before the customer even ordered it

We asked Free to provide us a tracking number yet again by the end of the business day. MacPadd.com operates out of the eastern time zone, and by 6:45 PM EST, we still hadn't received any number. We called Free again. This time however, Free became annoyed that we called him again to ask for the number. We disclosed to Free that we were a tech publication and ordered the product for a quick review.
That was on the 30th, so that email that was saying Free only has 10 minutes left was just the last chance.

Good job🙁 At of all the links most of them based on the comments for the reviews in question stated things like "Worst customer service I have ever experienced on the web. Ordered the MacPadd nearly one month ago and still haven't received it. Eight emaila and 3 telephone messages later and I haven't had any response from the company about what's happen to my order... they did however already bill my charge card for the MacPadd. BEWRAE this company... no matter how good the product is, it's not worth the terrible communications."

It comes down to overall customer opinions and experiance. To me this is the most important as you are looking everyday peoples experiance with a choosen product.
