I just bought a Magic Jack Plus and it needs an ethernet cable to my router. Trouble is, my router has only one ethernet port, and I am using that one to send DSL internet into my computer.
Do I need to buy another router just for Magic Jack? Also my computer has only one ethernet port.

Solution
You don't need a router for that. Buy a cheap 4 or 5 port switch -- attach the router output to the switch along with your computer. HERE is an example of one that would work well.

Realbest's answer is really cool but having a router with only one LAN port is considered to be an old trend. There are many affordable wi-fi routers with latest features and have multiple LAN ports for different functionality. So rather than spending money to buy a switch and add a new device at home, its good to buy a new wi-fi router and have the latest technology at your home...................

You may try couple of new products which I know:

This is the one which is really the best:
