My friend does a lot of coding not sure what coding, but he also wanted to have a gaming rig that can at least play at 1080p ultra settings on most games. His budget is around 1700 with some wiggle room. I have this build set, just wondering if its a bad suggestion or not for the price point. He specifically wanted DDR5 and RGB.

The 7600 is just as good as the 7600x if you put it in PBO. I put on a solid motherboard, RAM, and a CPU cooler if you ever want to get a higher core count or x3d CPU in the future if it has benefit.
