Making A Fake Network?

Hey Everyone,

I'm doing a school project and I'm going to be controlling a Raspberry Pi's GPIO pins through a webpage using PHP. But how would I access this at school? My school wont let me connect it to their Wifi and the webpage runs through LAN. So I need to create a "Fake Network" on the raspberry Pi (But Doesn't Supply Internet) for my classmates and I to connect to, to control the raspberry Pi.

You'll have to get the school to port-forward to your Rasberry Pi, otherwise this "fake network" cannot happen (I'm sure someone will post some far-fetched way but no the network is a network and it's your only option unless you host it not at school).

Hmm.

Well is there a way to do it through bluetooth? But with the "Fake network" it doesn't look like that would work :l
