Manual Defragmentation Wastes Time

Fragmentation is a situation that affects every computer causing slows,
crashes and rendering systems ineffective. New Operating Systems, like
Windows XP and larger systems have more files, so fragmentation is
actually more of a problem now than it ever has been.

A slow pc destroys a worker's momentum, costing even more in lost
productivity. I need my workers to get their jobs done fast! For the
System Administrator doing a manual defrag on a daily basis requires
time, personnel to do it, shutting down the systems, giving Admin
Privileges on the system to the users so they can do it themselves
(yikes!) And of course, money, because time is money.

All this results in a loss of production and headaches. The problem is
that it doesn't get done and attempts to do it manually result in all
of the above, and in some cases even worse, such as divorces, ruined
families, loss of nights and weekends.

Osborne sounds like one of those people who get all hot and sweaty when it
comes to the choice of thermal paste to use.
