(Edit: System specs)
i7 10700k
NZXT Kraken x63 280mm AIO
ASUS TUF gaming z490-plus
2x8GB T-Force Delta 3600Mhz CL18
MSI RTX 3070 8GB
FireCuda 510 M.2 SSD 500GB boot drive
Sabrent Rocket Q M.2 SSD 1TB
Crucial MX500 2.5" SSD 1TB
Corsair RM850x PSU
Lian-Li Lancool 2 Mesh
AOC 24G2U 1080p 144hz IPS

If I open the game fresh I will get around the frames I'm supposed to depending where I am on the map (anywhere from 100-160). NOTE: I am playing at 1080p FHD.
After 1 or if I'm lucky 2 rounds my FPS will drop massively to 50-80 and it will stay like that until I quit the game and start it back up. This seems to sometimes occur after alt tabbing out of the game but it can happen without doing that too.
My CPU and GPU usage remain the same both being around 50% and 95% respectively, give or take a little either way.
I've also noticed and I'm not sure if it is normal that when in-game 3/16 of my CPU cores/threads can reach 100% usage meanwhile the other 13/16 sit between 15%-40% usage. This has been monitored with HWMonitor on 3 separate occasions now. See here: View: https://imgur.com/HYNKPTh

This problem doesn't appear to have anything to do with thermals, the CPU sits at a steady 55°C on load and the GPU will hover at 65°C on full load.

My brother has a similar build, 10700k and 3080 playing at 1440p and doesn't experience the 3/16 high core/thread usage that I currently am. all16 of his seem to sit around 40% usage while playing.

I'm not really sure what else I can do to sort this problem, some people have said maybe playing at 1440p might help but I'm struggling to see how and also it's a hefty bit of money just to see if it can be solved by that.
Any advice and input is greatly appreciated, thanks for your time! If you need any more info please let me know and I can get it for you.

I know Warzone can eat a decent chunk of memory; it's possible you are running out of free RAM, which would cause pretty much exactly what you're seeing. Next time the issue pops up, check your RAM usage.

I can say I've got a weaker system (8700, 1080TI, 32GB RAM) and don't have a problem, while running at a higher res (1440), another reason why I'm suspecting RAM.

Thanks for the info gamerk316, I was thinking of getting another 16GB of ram honestly.
Another thing i've noticed was the GPU and CPU frame time pretty much doubles when I get these drops to 50-80FPS. When I get better performance (100-160FPS) both frames times usually sit around 6-8ms See here increased frame times: View: https://imgur.com/a/xxrG9FJ

Did you have found a solution? I have exact the same issue and my friend has it too.

i monitored my component values with HWInfo and the only thing that was suspicious are the temps of m.2 ssd.
Before i had max 93 degree celsius after running samsung magician benchmark.

I thought i had thermal throttle so i decided to install a heatsink for the ssd. After that my temps significantly went down.

Now the temps are very good, but it doesnt solved the fps drops.
Cpu temp is 72 degrees, gpu temp is 70 degrees. Cpu time is 6ms and gpu time is 6ms. Latency 16ms.
Fps on first pc and game start 115-131 fps. After playing a few games it drops to 80-100 fps.
After game restart i have again 115-131 fps but this time the drops come directly after the first game round.

we are very confused what the hell is wrong with our pc builds.
can anybody help???

No solution in sight, I play warzone on a 1440p monitor now instead of 1080p. 1st issue with frame drops persisting.
Recently started getting what I think would be described as lighting/texture anomalies, unsure exactly what the problems technical term is.

These are from the past couple of days:
