Question Master plus randomly stopped working??

I have The MasterLiquid ML-Illusion aio and master plus has worked fine for over 5 months now but its started saying its not detecting any compatible devices.
It works fine I just cant access master plus, I've tried re installing however it doesn't help at all.

If anyone's experienced anything similar and could help that would be appreciated. C:

If you've had it less than a year, then contact Cooler master as it's still under warranty. If it's not being detected anymore out of the blue then it's unlikely to be something you are going to be able to just "fix" unless you recently did something to cause it like change BIOS versions, change drivers, etc.

I'd make sure you have the latest version of it installed as well. Also, check Device manager to see if there are any "remarked" devices with an exclamation point or question mark next to them because if there is then there may be a problem with something else that is causing that.

Check the cable that runs from the pump to a mobo USB2 header.
It may be loose and making a poor connection.
