what about this liquid cooler i have be quiet shadow rock slim and its like a space heater

Just realised that the s340 fans should have come with a molex adapter to plug straight to the psu.

If I'm right you won't need that splitter cable.

yeah you are right they plug straight to the psu but the thing you linked me is 3 pin and the cpu header is 4pin

Yeah you don't need the splitter at all.

Just keep the case fans plugged to the psu & you have ample board headers for the aio fans & pump.

ive seen a installation guide in youtube and they give you a fan splitter so thats good...AND my other question is that the fans is 3 pins and the cpu header is 4 pin how i am going to connect them

I thought the fans were 4 pin.

It doesn't matter you can plug a 3 pin cable into a 4 pin board header anyway.
