MATX, Portable Hardrive and Build review questions.

I have a few questions. Heres the situation: The computer will be left in one place and will only need to run 2-3 a week, all on the same date. It needs to be small, but it will be doing a lot. Too transfer files back and forth, whats a good USB drive (say 320gbs) Since the case i want has a eSata but my computer at home doesnt, it will need both.

Is this combo a good idea?

Also, Do i Need a MATX PSU for my case or can i use an ATX? How can i tell (dimmensions?)
