I Believe its high time to replace my old Desktop, but I got a thought to upgrade it instead.

Hence I need your help in getting this done!!, please let me know the best CPU, RAM, and Graphics to which I can upgrade my old desktop.

Welcome to the forums my friend!

Unfortunately IMO, no upgrade is really worth the investment with the cost of latest platforms. Especially with the limitations of that very dated chipset.
That and I likely also wouldn't want to put in newer and better GPUs with the likely still OEM PSU that will come with the pre-built.

What exactly is your budget and location?
What are you hoping to gain?

Nothing to upgrade there, probably not even the case.

budget less than 10k, Bangalore, India

Normal usage for my Dad, for his seamless work on Office tools and other basic software.

It's just too old, parts for it were not made in many years and it's brand name so even then most aftermarket parts wouldn't work.

Also is it the motherboard that handles the size of ram to install or the CPU processor which handles meaning will the upgrade in Processor enlighten me in upgrading the default ram from 2gb to its higher grade.
