Question Maximized programs clip into second screen

Hi, I'm posting this here trying to fix an issue I'm currently having. I have a dual monitor setup with different resolutions and refresh rates. My primary is at 2560x1440 144hz and my secondary is at 1920x1080 60hz. Whenever I have a window in full screen, such as my browser on my secondary monitor, the edge of the scroll bar clips into my primary display. This is a new build with a 2080 super running the latest drivers.

Go to nvidia control panel and display->adjust desktop size and position select your 1080 monitor go to size,enable desktop resizing and move the desktop a couple of pixels to the side.
(could also be an overscan problem if the picture is slightly clipped on all sides)

This definitely looks like an overscan issue. Thank you for your help I believe I fixed it

Update: Was not fixed tried resizing as well and no change
