maximum cpu temperature

My rig is like this
Phenom x4 965 b.e
Radeon 6770
When I play games the cpu temp goes up to 75C and gpu temp rise upto 78-80c .shown in hardware monitor app.will it affect my system?

it's a normal temperature for an AMD

That shouldn't hurt you at that temperature range. Beware the 90+ to be safe
