Question MB and case/chassis for 4 Intel Xeon E5-4650 v2 and 2 Geforce 2080 Ti

So, at my university's research lab we got our hands on 4 cpus Intel Xeon E5-4659 v2 and on 2 top-notch gpus Nvidia GeForce 2080 Ti. Nonetheless, it has proven hard to find a proper motherboard and server/workstation chassis/case/tower to fit all that.

That is my question to you all experts. What are our options, if any, for motherboard and chassis/case/tower for the above parts to fit all together?

You've mentioned the CPU's and the GPU's in use on your proposed server, you didn't mention the sort of motherboard's you're looking at and the sort of budget you have at your disposal for the server. That being said, where are you located and what is your preferred site for purchase? You will also need a reliable PSU to power the server system.

I don't understand what you mean by "the sort of motherboard". Also, it's my understanding that the mentioned requirements would already severely decrease the number of options. As for budget, if you mean budget for the MB, somewhere around $2,000 would be limit. As for location, we are in Chicago.
