Mechanical Keyboard recommendations?

I'm building a PC soon and need a mechanical keyboard for $100 or less. I would also like it to be backlit.

Q-Pad Mk-70 onwards are backlit and should be under $100. I have a Q-Pad MK 50 and it is a decent mech-board for the cheaper cost of most others.

the only one i would recommend but not sure if it's fits the price quoted is Razor chroma.

update: The chroma appears about $70 out of your price range. However, if you find the dollars you will not be disappointed. The individual colors per key is awesome. I have owned several elite KB's and using the chroma since release i have had zero issues. The from Cloud at each boot took a bit of getting use to, but i'm ok with it now.

I have one of these and I absolutely love it. No problems at all and I will never go back to non-mechanical

The Razer Ultimate 2014 edition is $99.99. Would you recommend that?
