Question Mechanical Keyboard typing random letters?

Keyboard: Feker IK75 Pro
I bought it a year ago - the keeb was working completely fine yesterday, today I hopped on my PC and suddenly some letters arent working properly. Specifically, the letters Y and H are typing keysmashes like qwerertyrty[] and SPACE changes the backlighting. I have no idea what happened.

I can't seem to troubleshoot it in windows 11 because theres no keyboard troubleshooter in the options.
I tried:
- Reverting to Factory settings
- Using the FEKER ik75 Driver to reset
- Use BT and 2.4ghz to test it
- use run and c:\windows\system32\ctfmon.exe

---but nothing worked. It's still typing randomly. I'm using a different keyboard right now, and it's working fine. Is the PCB broken or something?
Btw, I did do some mods on it like the PE foam mod and tempest mod. I just have no idea why its suddenly bugging out right now.

Possible, is this a wireless KB ? Interference from Wi-Fi may cause such things, that the software programmers didn't think to anticipate. I doubt it will get better without a driver, but you can certainly try.
Remove the FEKER driver and use the Microsoft ones, see if it changes anything.
