Does anyone know how to boot someone from a multiplayer game in Medal of Honor: Allied Assault if they are the host?

I have been getting some punks lately who have some kinda cheat where they can't die, even when taking 5 shotgun blasts from 5ft away.

Yes, send them a trojan or a virus to teach them that hacking is not nice.
