Question Memory crash

My 2nd monitor doesnt display and every game I try to play crashes due to a memory error, I tried many things by now and I dont know what else to do

Also when a game crashes sometimes It takes down discord with it, or other apps like battle.net, I had times which I had to restart my pc even

If anyone knows a fix to this I would appreciate helpp
