Memory management error, cannot start

when I started up my laptop, almost every programme crashed soon after. Then a BSOD came referring to irql not less or more, or something. Now, every time I try to turn it on, it loads for 1-10seconds, then crashes again, this time saying "memory management" is the error. However, the blue screen only lasts long enough for the error message to flash for a split second, with the " :( Sorry, your PC needs to restart after we collect some data" message being on the full time. (Usually less than a second or two.) it does not get past 0% data collection.
Finally, sometimes the BSOD doesn't come up at all, and it just restarts.

I've only once successfully loaded the f8 menu, but it crashed again once I selected "start up repair".
Occasionally it will be stuck on a black screen until I force shutdown

If I get it up again, what should I choose? And if that doesn't work, what else can I do?
I'd prefer not to get new ram if possible, but I need my laptop for work.

Edit: I've managed to get to "Aptio Setup Utility", not quite sure how.

Okay i have it on a USB, how do I load from the USB?
It does not load automatically
Also, it now goes to the recovery screen every time instead,
He only option is to press escape and go into Aption utility
