My PC is extremely slow. Booting, logging into Windows and waiting until the computer is usable takes about 5-10 minutes. Opening apps or games take horribly long and basically all games have massive lagspikes. I installed fresh Windows 10 a few months back.

Specs:
Win 10 Pro
i5 7400
GTX 1050Ti
H110M PRO-VD mobo
2x8GB RAM @2133mhz (two different sticks bought separately)
2TB HDD

I'm thinking it could be some sort of memory leak or the two RAM sticks do not operate well together. Any ideas?

RAM and HDD shows its age over time. Specially HDD. You can test both but it sounds more like the HDD. Check for health and bad sectors. A SSD might be a good upgrade now, even if it is for a smaller boot drive.

Hello! I think you just need to check for compatibility issues with the two different RAM sticks and consider using two identical sticks for optimal performance.
Upgrade to an SSD for faster storage performance.
Close unnecessary background processes and ensure your operating system and drivers are up to date.
Perform a malware scan to check for any potential infections.
Ensure proper cooling and monitor system temperatures.
If the issue persists, consider seeking professional assistance for further diagnosis and troubleshooting.

I doubt that ram is your issue, but to be certain,
Run memtest86 or memtest86+
They boot from a usb stick and do not use windows.
You can download them here:
If you can run a full pass with NO errors, your ram should be ok.

Running several more passes will sometimes uncover an issue, but it takes more time.
Probably not worth it unless you really suspect a ram issue.

For performance, you really should be using a SSD for your C drive.
Out of the 2tb HDD C drive, how much is actually used?

If you can afford $100, buy a 2tb Samsung 870 EVO ssd.

Run the Samsung ssd migration app to copy your HDD C drive to the SSD .
