Question Memtest is fast in 1 ram slow in another ?

Ok so I using memtest to test my ram as I'm having an issue when I dowload my wifi drivers it causes a BSOD saying IRQL_ Not_ Less_ or_ Equal and I've seen people say it a faulty ram. I want to ask is it the stick as one finished memtest in like 15 mins while the other one took 30 minutes. Is that normal or should I return the stick or try another slot? It gave the BSOD when I was trying to dowload the wifi drivers, and only wifi drivers.

First off, for context, please list the specs to your build;

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Assuming the motherboard's PCB has labelling next to the slots, are your rams populating slots A2 and B2 on your motherboard? If the same stick of ram run individually takes longer, then the problem could be narrowed down to a faulty/failing stick of ram out of a ram kit. If the same stick works fine in the same slot but is slower in the next slot, then it's possible the (integrated)memory controller is having issues or the motherboard's BIOS is (partially)corrupt.

Where are you trying to download the driver from?

Might want to see if you can attach the .dmp file for said BSoD. You'll need to host the file on a site akin to DropBox and then pass on a link for us.

Mobo gigabyte arouse elite rev 1.2
Ssd wd black 2tb and Samsung 980 1tb
Os window 11
Power supply lian li edge 850walts
Built last year oct
I am using slot 2 and 4
I get the wifi drivers from the offical support page and also use gigabyte control center
