I'm certain this is a virus of some sort but I've scanned the hell out of my computer and COMODO can't locate it.
What's happening is two things:
1. I get a little error message if I right-click a file in explorer (I think this is a shell32.dll error) and then finally the menu is available to me
2. Worse, I now cannot get my flatbed scanner utility to open, and without bogging down the thread with how I ascertained that this was an mfc71.dll error, suffice to say I got to the point where I ran a RegSvr32 from the command line and got the following very serious error:
Do I have to reinstall XP Media Center? What should I do? Thanks.
