Question Mi Curved Gaming Monitor 34" (2021) not working on 144Hz

Hello,

I recently bought this monitor and connect it with DP on my desktop. I tried to change the refresh rate to 144Hz but not working, ιt is constantly flashing and flickering.
How can I solve this problem?

I would check to make sure you have the latest version of DP cables (I think it's 2.0) as well as making sure your cables aren't broken.

To which is your monitor attached?

My monitor is attached on graphics card which is NVidia Geforce RTX 2070 Super and the motherboard is MSI X470 Gaming Pro

I found the problem...the cable was not securely attached to the graphics card port...now can be solved and closed
