Hey all
About half a year ago I built my first gaming computer and honestly it just seems like every game that I try to play seventh generation (xbox360/ps3) or higher I get really annoying micro stuttering. I really can't find a way to fix it and it's really been driving me crazy. I really have no idea what would be the cause of this since I'm very new to PCs and the such. I don't know, maybe I have something configured very wrong in my bios or nvidia control panel? I feel like my computer is decently powerful so I'm pretty lost.
SPECS
Windows 7
AMD FX6300 CPU @ 3.8 GHz
Stock heatsink (about to upgrate to a 212 EVO so I can overclock my CPU to about 4.3GHz)
EVGA GTX 760 GPU
ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 Motherboard
8GB RAM
Can't remember the type of SSD
EVGA 600B 600W Power Supply
Kensington wired keyboard
Kensington wireless mouse
And for my monitor I'm hooked up from my GPUs HDMI port to a Vizio HDTV that I believe gets a refresh rate of 120FPS and a resolution of 1920x1080.
I would really appreciate any help I can get on this issue. I've been tweaking this PC since my birthday when I built it and I feel like this is the last major issue I have to iron out with it.
Thank you for your time.
